2014 Holman & Moody TdF Mustang production underway, package price starts at $9,896.00

It’s been a full six months since Holman & Moody first unveiled the 2014 TdF Mustang at SEMA back in November, so it would be understandable if you had forgotten about the car or perhaps thought the project was no longer a go. Thankfully that’s not the case, as evidenced by these latest photos posted by the company that show the first cars being constructed at their production facility in Charlotte, NC. The images reveal several TdF Mustangs in various stages of production, receiving graphics, badges, wheels and more.

Five reasons why Ford should have built a 2014 Mustang Boss 351

Things have been a little quiet around the Mustang camp lately, if you haven’t noticed. After a steady barrage of updates the past few years, from the design refresh in 2010 to the powertrain updates in 2011 and another styling change in 2013, Ford hasn’t uttered a peep about the Mustang for quite some time. It’s quite understandable, considering they’ve got their hands full prepping the launch of the all new Mustang for 2015, but that doesn’t mean many Mustang fans, including ourselves, wouldn’t love to see something new with …

The 2014 Mustang with the new FP6 Appearance Package is one hot pony car

The 2014 Ford Mustang doesn’t have much in the way of updates compared to the previous model year, highlighted by two new colors and the addition of appearance packages for both the V6 and GT. When the 2014 Mustang online configurator went live last month we took a look at the FP8 appearance package for the Mustang GT and didn’t notice anything too special. We somehow missed the FP6 package for the V6 model, though, but thankfully spotted it during our most recent time on Ford’s web site. While beauty …

2014 Ford Mustang and Shelby GT500 order guides released, no more Boss 302

This past summer we told you about some potential changes coming for the 2014 Mustang, and now we have confirmation of those updates with the release of the official 2014 Mustang and Shelby GT500 order guides. With the significant design changes for 2013 and an all-new Mustang coming for 2015 the changes for the upcoming model year are relatively minor – simple option changes as well as the addition of new colors and the deletion of others. Perhaps the biggest difference for 2014, though, is that the Boss 302 will …

J Mays: 2015 Mustang to get less retro styling, will ‘bring the brand forward’

For the past year or so Ford’s Chief Creative Officer, J Mays, has been giving hints about what could be in store for the 2015 Mustang. At the Paris Motor Show last year he hinted that “something very cool” would be in store for the Mustang’s 50th anniversary and that the next generation car wouldn’t be an evolution of the current car.
Earlier this week at the Frankfurt Motor Show, Mays once again provided a few clues about what to expect for the 2015 Mustang. In an interview with Automotive News, …
