This past weekend the Beach Cities Mustang Club held the 15th annual Mustangs at the Queen Mary car show. The event is one of Southern California’s largest Mustang gatherings and is known for its beautiful settings in the Long Beach harbor. The Mustang Club of America held its annual West Coast show today at the Airtel Plaza Hotel in Van Nuys, CA, hosted by the Mustang Owners Club of California. The event, which is directly across from the Van Nuys airport, isn’t nearly as large as mega shows in Southern California like Fabulous Fords at Knotts or Mustangs at the Queen Mary, but it makes up for it with and intimate environment and a high quality selection of cars.

The Mustangs at the Queen Mary car show in Long Beach, CA is one of the biggest all-Mustang car shows on the West Coast, and this year’s event was one of the best yet. More than 400 of Ford’s pony car were in attendance for the 14th annual show put on by the Beach Cities Mustang Club, with over 70 class awards and 200 trophies up for grabs.

SMS Supercars held its second annual car show and open house this weekend, and dozens of SMS and Saleen owners and enthusiasts made the trip to Corona, CA for the festivities. There were dozens of class awards given, and SMS employees were on hand to give tours of the new facility and show off the 2011 SMS 302 Mustang. Of course, Steve Saleen himself was on hand to sign plenty of autographs as well.
